Ingredients

  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 English cucumber, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup mint
  • 1 cup almond milk or oat milk
  • 1 pitted medjool date
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs, plus more for serving
  • Flaky sea salt, for serving

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in the Perfection by M Personal Blender and blend until smooth. Serve with a sprinkle with cacao nibs and flaky sea salt.
